I enrolled in Think Therapy in order to help combat, without drugs, the many mental issues I've been battling; these issues include: ADHD, OCD, depression, an auditory processing disorder, and dyslexia. Think Therapy's ability to fully engage my brain to help retrain my brain to let go of old thinking habits and build new neural pathways resulted in greatly reducing the hindrances of my mental issues. Susan provided a personally tailored approach for my therapy, going so far as to find new ways to challenge me within the Feuerstein and NILD frameworks. This personalized approach ensured that complacency did not set in and secured the realization of positive results.

My daughter has asd/pda/ spd/ocd. No meds or therapy worked. We had to homeschool as daily tasks such as dressing, bathing, eating became too much for her. She was unable to leave the house. After a few months of neurofeedback therapy with Susan Addams we have a little girl who can dress herself, brush her teeth, leave the house, and attend some classes! She is so much more happy, she says I love you to us, and she even ate new foods! We can’t wait to see what else she can do after more therapy! We know there is no cure but a therapy that actually works is life changing!

In May of 2019, my son suffered a very serious traumatic brain injury in a horrible car accident. He spent almost 40 days in a coma and 4 months in the hospital.
Once home, I scoured the internet to see what kind of therapy we could try that wasn't based on standard medical recommendations. I was looking for some out of the box or new approach.
In my search I found Susan and her THINK Therapy Center. Although certainly an out-of-the-box approach, I was blown away by how well established, documented and proven these totally unique mental, visual and auditory therapies work together to help patients like my son, re-wire his brain AROUND his injuries.
My son's processing capacity and processing speed has greatly improved, and I strongly believe continuing THINK therapy is the one thing that will have the greatest impact on his recovery and his life. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

We have been with Susan for over a year. Couldn't be happier with the progress and strides our son is making with ADHD symptom relief. He's more confident, more attentive, and really loves going to therapy with Susan. Her excitement for her field and nurturing and fun attitude is the perfect mix for positive outcomes!

We started ILS therapy with THINK! Therapy about 3 months after our teenage daughter's OCD, anxiety, and sensory processing disorder resulted in Tourrette's, self-harm and depression. She was dissociated, avoided physical touch and was in a constant state of irritation. She was very angry and frustrated with herself and others. At the time we started therapy, our daughter had difficulty completing even the most basic homework without great effort and was unable to focus due to the sheer quantity of symptoms. She was a high school freshman, enrolled in 3 honors classes and had received an academic scholarship. In other words, she was a brilliant student who was failing miserably because of her psycho- neurological issues. It was a very dark time for her and as parents we were lost as to how to proceed. The drugs prescribed by the psychiatrists and psychotherapy did little or nothing to help.
After a 5-day session of ILS Safe & Sound program, our daughter started making eye contact more often and began interacting and laughing with her siblings again. She even gave us some spontaneous hugs and was more cooperative in daily activities. She seemed less defensive and had a higher noise tolerance and generally responded better to the unexpected changes/disruptions that occur in daily life. Likewise, her teachers said she participated more in class.
Then after a 15-week program of THINK rhythmic writing and Feuerstein therapy- her progress only continues to improve. While her learning difficulties in school haven't disappeared - she copes so much better and bounces back from disappointments quickly. A huge difference from previous behavior.
We will forever be grateful for the help and treatment we received at THINK! Therapy. Susan Addams was kind, empathetic, and truly invested in our daughter's well-being. She was extremely patient and quickly gained the trust and confidence of our daughter. Susan's interaction style is inspiring: she listens attentively, demonstrates a true respect for our daughter, and conveys a hopefulness and optimism that is refreshing after so many roadblocks. Susan Addams is a ray of light and hope!
